The South African Immigration regulations which came into operation on 7 April 2003 were interim regulations and have undergone an exhaustive consultative process which will result in final regulations being published shortly.

The first assessment of viability of the application is free of charge,  thereafter a quotation will be given, in writing, on a case to case basis.
